Acquisition of Tedom by Yanmar Energy

  • About the project

    Successfully led the HR workstream in the 200 days PMI integration team established by global energy giants Yanmar Energy (Japanese origin) and Tedom (Czech origin). In scope were 1.000 employees across different countries.

  • Scope

    Full Fit-Gap analysis of HR function and Human Capital followed by recommendations for improvement, Cultural Integration Plan and Execution, leadership workshops and set-up of Internal Communications framework.

  • Progress

    Executed Cultural Scan across senior management followed by integration workshops and actions, realized new Tedom company values, Fit-Gap action items follow-up with HR leaders / CEOs, internal videos and comms on the PMI progress.

  • Impact

    Effective cultural integration as key M&A success factor, better leadership collaboration by more awareness of company and national similarities and differences, HR data insights on core Human Capital KPIs and stronger HR Teams / projects.
