About the project
Back in 2007, adidas was a true scale-up in Eastern Europe with double digit growth through accelerating own retail and optimising wholesale. My job was to build the key HR functions from scratch to navigate through this growth journey

Scope
Build an inspiring Employer Brand to recruit thousands of new hires, professionalise entire recruitment process, hire and lead a new team of 20 HR professionals, introduce L&D programmes and HR Business Partnering.

Optimise Leadership Team, create Employer Brand concept for online and offline, recruit great talent, introduce new L&D interventions with change management and better talent retention through culture, leadership and attractive incentives

Strengthened number 1 position in the sports industry through building great teams, steep reduction of employee attrition, recruited strong talent, Award Winning Employer Brand for best campaign and careers site, left a legacy with a sound HR team in place including successor

Designed and implemented a from scratch salary and bonus scheme for 100+ stores across ASICS European markets in 2017 in order to fuel retail growth
