About the project
Just Brands, Private Equity backed by Parcom, is a highly successful men’s fashion retailer with PME Legend as main brand. The CEO asked me to join the Executive Team, lead the HR function and take HR to the next level to accelerate growth.

Scope
Led team of 10 HR professionals in Benelux and Germany, managed the design and implementation of career & salary framework, shaped the first leadership development programme, rebuilt and embedded company values.

Progress
Stepped in to stabilize and guide the team, followed by creating clarity with a strategic HR plan with clear priorities, deliverables, roadmaps and KPIs. As a result of the teamwork, we managed to create very positive impact within one year.

Impact
An engaged and inspired workforce with positive feedback on the key HR deliverables of the described scope and a sound HR foundation, including a solid payroll budget and bonus plan, that will further shape the business in the coming 3-5 years.
Other cases since 2024
Built HR from scratch as Interim HR Lead for Yanmar BV, a corporate holding entity within the wider Yanmar organization. Helped shape the new team and realized comprehensive overview of benefits and HR friendly environment in line with their corporate company philosophy.
