  • About the project

    Professionalize and strengthen the HR function at De Vakantiediscounter, PE backed by 3i, following a period of rapid growth in the last years and now entering a new business phase in a highly competitive market environment.

  • Scope

    Strategic design and delivery of new HR initiatives such as workforce optimisation, launch of performance management and salary review process, optimised health & wellbeing, employee engagement and reboost of company culture.

  • Progress

    Whilst the project is well under way, first tangible results already become visible with reduced absenteeism rates, establishment of strategic HR partnership with the Management Team, and higher HR service standards and levels.

  • Impact

    A future proof business in the coming years with an efficient payroll and org structure, the retention and engagement of key talent, a highly effective Management Team and a stronger combined HR & Finance function.

  • HR Consultancy to help scale Voetbalshop.nl, the largest football product seller of the Benelux. My assignment was to build a new organizational set-up and assess internal talent in order to get ready for the next phase of (inter)national growth.
