About the project
Reset of ASICS Europe strategy and setting renewed financial goals in 2018 leading to a reorganisation to further enhance the business. My role as HR Director was to lead this transition with my peer and the Executive Team

All Europe head office functions and the regional set-up with the purpose to maximise synergies between departments and cross-country and to set ourselves up as effective omnichannel player.

Design of new organisational set-up, measuring progress on financial goals, focus on retaining and promoting key talent, partner with Works Council and Executive Team, prepare for implementation and change management

Future proof business; strong financial delivery in years afterwards, key talent retained, effective omnichannel model, job grading and optimised compensation tools delivered to hire and retain the best people
